The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the wifi in the rooms, making it easy for me to stay connected. The hotel location is conveniently situated across the street from the train station. the staff is polite and helpful. One unique experience that I enjoyed was the Japanese bath on the top floor. there is a convenience store near the hotel.
The location is not very central, so there are limited food options in the immediate area. it is a car-oriented town, which means that getting around can be challenging without a vehicle.

Fantastic location just opposite the station. Convenience store around the corner. Great laundry facilities. The staff went above and beyond when I got caught in a typhoon, helping me dry my soaked clothes and retrieving my forgotten phone wires. The Japanese bath on the top floor was a treat after the rain. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Iyo-Saijo!

The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful during a recent trip, especially when I got caught in a heavy storm while out hiking. The laundry room was a lifesaver and very conveniently located near my room. The Japanese bath on the top floor was also fantastic - the perfect way to relax after a long day. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.
While the location was convenient for heading to Mt. Ishizuchi, it was quite inconvenient for other destinations, resulting in some unexpected transportation costs. Also, the water pressure in the room I stayed in was terrible, which made the shower and sink frustrating to use. Additionally, while I appreciated the security of the key required for the women’s onsen, I wish the windows were not mostly covered, like in the men’s onsen.
